  • Inconel Series

Process performance: 

1. The forging temperature of the alloy is easy to form between 1220 and 950 ℃. The alloy undergoes solid solution treatment after intense forming process.

2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the degree of deformation of the forging and the final forging temperature.

3. Alloy has good welding performance and can be used for various welding. Aging treatment after welding can obtain strength similar to that of a fully heat treated state.

4. The heat treatment of the parts is carried out in a neutral or reducing atmosphere without sulfur to avoid vulcanization.

 


Production Process:

1. Raw Material Preparation: Select high-quality Inconel X-750 alloy material as the starting raw material.

2. Melting and Casting: Heat the Inconel X-750 alloy material to its melting temperature and then cast it into ingots of desired shapes through casting processes.

3. Heat Treatment: Subject the cast ingots to heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and enhance the material's mechanical properties.

4. Forging: Form the heat-treated ingots into desired shapes through forging processes to improve the material's density and strength.

5. Drawing: Pass the forged blanks through drawing machinery to gradually reduce them into wires of the required diameters.

6. Polishing and Cleaning: Polish and clean the drawn Inconel X-750 wires to remove surface defects and impurities.

7. Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspection and quality control on the finished wires to ensure they meet specified technical standards and customer requirements.

8. Packaging and Shipping: Package the qualified Inconel X-750 wires and arrange for shipment.
